Thank you for purchasing from Basilcheats. We value our customers and strive to provide high-quality software and support. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy.

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By completing a transaction with Basilcheats, you agree to the terms outlined below.




1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

As a general rule, all sales made through Basilcheats are final. Due to the immediate accessibility of digital software following purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or misunderstanding of the product's features.




2. When a Refund May Be Granted

The only exception to our "final sale" policy is in the case of documented software incompatibility.

A refund will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. Incompatibility: The software is technically incompatible with your specific system (e.g., your operating system version, hardware configuration, or software environment) and therefore does not function as intended.
  2. Contact Before Expiration: You must contact our support team before your license key or access period expires to report the issue. Refund requests made after the license has expired will be automatically denied.
  3. Support Efforts: You must allow our support team a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot the issue. We are committed to helping you get the software running.
  4. Verification: Our support team must be able to verify the incompatibility based on the information and evidence you provide.

If our team is unable to resolve the compatibility problem after making reasonable support efforts, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund.




3. Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

We do not issue refunds or credits for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Purchasing the wrong product (please check system requirements before buying).
  • Lack of feature understanding (please research the product features prior to purchase).
  • User error or failure to follow installation instructions provided.
  • Issues that are resolved by our support team.
  • Hardware bans or detections in third-party games or platforms.
  • Requests made after the license has expired.




4. Refund Process

If you believe you have a valid incompatibility issue that meets the criteria in Section 2, you must:

  1. Contact us via Discord.
  2. Provide your purchase details and a clear description of the technical issue.
  3. Cooperate with our support team to diagnose the problem.

If a refund is approved, we will process it back to the original payment method used. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.




5. Chargebacks Violate Our Policy

Please review Section 4 of our Terms of Service regarding our Zero Tolerance Policy on Chargebacks.

Filing a chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or Stripe without first contacting Basilcheats support to attempt to resolve the issue is a direct violation of our terms.

If you file a chargeback:

  • We will dispute the chargeback using the evidence of your purchase and agreement to these terms.
  • Your license and access to the software will be immediately and permanently revoked.
  • You will be blacklisted from any future purchases.

We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
