As a general rule, all sales made through Basilcheats are final. Due to the immediate accessibility of digital software following purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or misunderstanding of the product's features.
The only exception to our "final sale" policy is in the case of documented software incompatibility.

Filing a chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or Stripe without first contacting Basilcheats support to attempt to resolve the issue is a direct violation of our terms.
