Welcome to Basilcheats . By purchasing, downloading, or using any software or service offered by Basilcheats (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “User”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.



1. Use of Services

By accessing or purchasing from Basilcheats , you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
  • You will not use our software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You understand and accept all responsibilities for how the software is used on your system.



2. Payments

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount shown, including any taxes or fees where applicable.



3. Refund Policy

All sales made through Basilcheats are final, except in the case of documented software incompatibility.

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • The software is incompatible with your system (e.g., operating system, hardware, or environment).
  • You contact our support team before your license expires to troubleshoot the issue.
  • Our team is unable to resolve the problem after reasonable support efforts.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Misuse of the software
  • Lack of feature understanding
  • Issues resolved via support
  • User error or failure to follow installation instructions

We reserve the right to determine software incompatibility based on the information you provide during the support process.



4. Chargeback Policy – Zero Tolerance

Basilcheats enforces a strict zero tolerance policy on chargebacks.

You must contact Basilcheats support before filing a chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or Stripe. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with support is a direct violation of these Terms.

If a chargeback is filed without contacting support:

  • We will dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.
  • Your license, product access, and/or account will be permanently revoked.
  • You will be blacklisted from making future purchases from Basilcheats.
  • We reserve the right to take legal action if fraudulent chargebacks are filed.

Zero tolerance means no second chances. If you attempt to bypass our refund policy through a chargeback, your relationship with Basilcheats is permanently terminated.



5. Support

Support is available for installation issues and general usage questions. For help, please contact us via Discord

Our response time is typically within 1-24 hours.



6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Basilcheats after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The most current version will always be available on our website.
